Alyssa was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, and earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. After gaining valuable experience as a paralegal at a prominent firm in Rockville, she pursued her J.D. at the University of Maryland School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, Alyssa received five distinguished "CALI" awards for achieving the highest grades in her class.
Alyssa assists clients outside of court by negotiating and drafting marital settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements. She also handles estate planning and probate matters, providing thoughtful guidance to individuals and families as they plan for the future. In addition, She conducts our family law consultations and play an active role in the firm’s business development, helping drive the strategic growth and continued expansion of the Ruben Law Firm.
Alyssa approaches every matter with empathy and a strong commitment to understanding each client’s unique goals. Through clear, transparent communication and thoughtful guidance, I help clients feel supported and empowered to make confident, informed decisions at every stage of the process.
Outside the office, Alyssa enjoys spending time with family, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops in the community, and crocheting.
